Shipping and Return Policy
Orders are generally shipped within one business day. In some cases, orders may take longer during public holidays or due to unforeseen delays with the US Postal Service or other shipping providers. Please carefully check your shipping address before purchasing, and allow 3-5 working days for domestic (US) deliveries. Kurated Style is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address if insufficient information was provided.
For international delivery, we will send you a notification once your order has been shipped with any relevant tracking number.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and with original tags and a receipt. We will only provide a store credit that expires 12 months from the date the credit was issued.
To initiate a return (US orders), you can reach us at email@example.com. We will inform you of where to send your package. Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email, and Kurated Style approves the return, will not be accepted.
International orders are final.
Damages and defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product. Please send a picture of the defect so that we can evaluate the issue, and either send you a credit or a new item.
As our products are all handmade in villages across Asia, the materials we use are organic and naturally dyed. This gives our products the texture and authenticity that reflect this process. We believe that slight variations in shapes, sizes, patterns and colors even in the same product or collections are part of the charm. We hope our customers enjoy the authenticity and traditions passed down from generation to generation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As all of our home goods are handmade, we do not accept returns on any pillows, one-of-a-kind and customized items, or goods created with vintage textiles and materials.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards and international orders.
Lost or stolen packages
Once your order is delivered to your door, Kurated Style is not responsible if your package is lost, stolen, damaged by accidents or inclement weather beyond our control.
